Vacation home in charming Rogoznica!

We are renting out our vacation home, Villa Berg, in the old part of Rogoznica. The house has 3 double bedrooms, and two double sleeper couches. The house was finalized in the spring of 2014, and has two full bathrooms with shower, plus an additional guest bathroom. It also has a well equipped, modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, induction stove and other appliances.

It’s situated 70m from the waterfront, with restaurants, cafés, bars and stores. The vacation home has two verandas, with panoramic views of the beautiful old town of Rogoznica and the lagoon which is a part of the Adriatic sea. On the upstairs veranda there is a large outdoor grill/fireplace, and both verandas have tables and chairs.

The house also has a washer, flatscreen TV, internet access and every room has air conditioning.

The house is surrounded by typical mediterranean trees and flowes, such as figs, olives, lemons, bougainvilleas and herbs.
